Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including the selected model and color. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as orders are processed immediately.
After your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares each item:
- In-stock items: ship within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order items: require 5–7 business days for preparation
- During rainy or humid weather, air-dry clay products may need additional drying time, which can extend preparation to 7–10 business days
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional sale periods.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight and destination.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
Once the package is shipped, tracking the shipment and responding to courier or customs requests is the responsibility of the recipient.
If an order is returned to the sender or marked as an unsuccessful delivery due to:
- failure to track the shipment,
- missed delivery attempts,
- or failure to provide required documents to customs or the courier,
we are unable to offer a free refund or replacement. In such cases, a new order may need to be placed.
Delivery Information
Your local customs office may require additional documentation or processing time, which can delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.
Orders may be delivered by either your local postal service or a local courier, depending on your location. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier or postal service may leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package.
Taxes & Duties
Import taxes, duties, and customs-related fees may be charged once the package arrives in your destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities.
Payment of all applicable taxes and duties is the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Claramorn.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their local import regulations and restricted item lists. Claramorn cannot be held liable for items refused by customs due to local regulations.
Foreign Transaction Fees
If your credit card is issued in a currency other than USD, your bank may apply:
- a different exchange rate, and/or
- a foreign transaction fee
These fees are determined by your bank or card issuer. Claramorn is not responsible for exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees charged by financial institutions.
Although prices are displayed in your local currency, all payments are processed in USD via PayPal at checkout.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
We process orders quickly, and once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
