At Claramorn, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If an item isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

General Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • All original parts, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

To initiate a return, please contact us via our “Contact Us” page or email service@claramorn.com to receive return instructions and the shipping address.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return. If an issue occurs and a replacement is required, a replacement fee may apply depending on the situation:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Installed or assembled items
  • Free gifts (must be returned with the order or paid for if kept)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@claramorn.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchange Policy

We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
For other reasons, please return the item and place a new order.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@claramorn.com
  2. Ship the item back after receiving return instructions
  3. Once received, we will inspect the item’s condition: Missing parts or damaged packaging may result in deducted fees

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit upon request

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

Shipping fees and upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, orders must be delivered and then returned following the return process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason. Items must remain unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
